Property Viewings
With a full picture of what you're looking for, we draw on our database and professional network to present only properties that truly match your criteria. For our international clients, we coordinate the entire visit — from arrival in Bulgaria to departure.
Reservation Deposit
Found the right property? A reservation deposit secures it exclusively for you, removing it from the market for the agreed period. It is applied toward the final purchase price and held in escrow. If the buyer withdraws without a valid legal reason, the deposit is non-refundable.
Preliminary Contract
Our legal team conducts thorough due diligence on the property documentation. Once all checks pass, a preliminary purchase agreement is signed covering all terms — price, payment schedule, and property description. Prepared in Bulgarian (and English and/or Russian if needed). First payment is typically due within 3–4 weeks.
Closing the Deal
The final step is signing the Notary Deed before a notary in the property's jurisdiction, once the full purchase price has been paid. The ownership transfer is official — the keys are yours.
